The Indeed Interview team develops software that helps connect employers and candidates through Indeed’s proprietary virtual interview platform. At Indeed, we assist our employers throughout the entire hiring process. To that end, our platform enables employers to conduct millions of virtual phone and video interviews. As a member of our team, you will contribute to our work designed to enhance the interviewing experience and capabilities to provide even more value to our users.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with a team of extremely talented Engineers, UX Designers, and Product Managers to build useful, intuitive interview tools and capabilities.

• Utilize knowledge of programming languages and the software ecosystem to accomplish goals.

• Provide feedback and guidance to your team including design feedback, code review, and product investigations

• Design, develop, and deliver product features with a keen focus on reliability, scalability, and performance.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Mathematics or equivalent field required

• 1 year of work experience in software programming. Experience must include at least one of the following languages: Java, C, C++, C#, Python, Go, or Perl

• 1 year of work experience building applications using at least one of the following:

• Web application technologies including: HTML, CSS, or JavaScript; or

• Databases, including MySQL, Mongo, or a similar program; or

• A collection of systems connected and communicating via a network connection.

SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
