YOUR JOB

The Solutions Architect for Indeed Hire is responsible for the design and implementation of technical solutions to help our clients hire easily. The solutions architect must have a mix of technical, business and interpersonal skills to develop complex solutions for enterprise level clients.

WHO YOU ARE

Responsibilities:

• Translates client requirements into workable, technical solutions on the Indeed Hire platform that create value for Hire and our clients.

• Works directly with clients and internal partners during the sales process to jointly develop the solution.

• Identifies KPIs/metrics that will provide a diagnostic view of current state and drive future state changes.

• Regularly communicates project updates, progress, risks, and issues to internal and external stakeholders.

• Understands costs associated with scope of work and can form solutions that are profitable for the company.

• Provides support across multiple concurrent complex projects.

• Ensures customers receive end user training to help increase product adoption.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of orchestrating the solution of complex opportunities to maximize client value.

• Minimum of 5 years of client-facing experience involved in the sales process

• Minimum 2 years of enterprise Solution Architecting, preferably within Human Resources or Recruiting 

• Demonstrated ability and presence to articulate the solution to key clients and/or to senior internal stakeholders

• Diplomatically orchestrate and control the audience to get the necessary required outcomes

• Owns the end to end solution; Is the key decision-maker for and drives the overall solution

• Delivers solutions to meet both clients’ requirements and drive toward business goals

SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
