WayUp is looking for a Recruiting and Sourcing Associate to join our Customer Success Team here at WayUp!
As a Recruiting and Sourcing Associate, you will be representing WayUp and our partnered employers in identifying and screening (via phone call) top, qualified talent for employers' open roles. If you're someone who is a people's person, loves talking to others, and is very quick on the computer, this role may be perfect for you. Candidates for this role must be well-organized, highly motivated, and eager to learn and grow!
RESPONSIBILITIES
You must have some experience (part-time, full-time, or via internship) in a customer-facing position, where you are used to interacting with lots of people and holding many conversations each day.
