    US Remote 50,000 - 75,000 USD per year

    YOUR JOB

    OVERVIEW:

    The Specialist, Employee Communications, Content & Creative is responsible for coordinating the development, review, approval and delivery of internal communication campaigns, project initiatives, activities and processes that support messaging to Indeed’s global audience. The role is focused approximately 70% on process coordination and tactical execution and 30% on writing and editing.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Partner with the broader Employee Communications team and content creators in other parts of the organization to ensure timely delivery of global messaging across a mix of channels—including email, intranet, instant messaging, newsletters, digital signage, video and more. 

    • Help develop, socialize and manage Content & Communication team processes.

    • Manage global newsletters. 

    • Write live event recaps and publish to appropriate channels in a timely manner. 

    • Help monitor Content & Creative support requests. 

    • Maintain a pulse on employee sentiment by moderating commentary and monitoring discussion trends on internal social channels and other feedback loops.

    • Champion the use of data and metrics to drive continuous improvement across Content & Creative initiatives and channels.

    • Coordinate translations.

    • Imagine, research, write, edit, vet, and publish messaging as assigned.

    WHO YOU ARE

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Ability to build strong relationships with members of the Employee Communications team,  cross functional teams and external vendors to achieve communication project deliverables. 

    • Organized, tactically-driven, and quickly learns and masters workflow processes and tools.

    • A creative writer, detailed editor with an aptitude for scaling and tailoring messages for various channels and audiences. 

    • Proficient operating in business productivity and collaboration software as well as communication channels (e.g., intranet, email marketing, video, digital signage platforms, service request ticketing systems, etc.).

    • Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills and a strong ability for personal interaction.

    • Self-motivated and able to prioritize and balance multiple assignments. 

    • Preferred: Has an understanding of global employee audiences and cultural differences

    • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, public relations or internal communications.

    SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER

    The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
