    NYC Metro Area 50,000 - 69,000 USD per year

    YOUR JOB

    In this role you will be responsible for introducing our Performance, Sourcing and Branding products to the marketplace in partnership with Indeed’s Mid Market Inside Sales Teams.  

    Each Global Product Solutions Specialist will be aligned with a sales territory.  You will share the same new product goals as your assigned sales teams and will be compensated according to the performance of your territory.

    In this role you will be responsible for introducing Indeed’s solutions to the marketplace by helping Indeed’s Inside Sales teams with planning, positioning and objection handling while providing product technical expertise. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Facilitate and support sales initiatives to achieve new product goals, including territory plans, gap plans, and lead list development and prioritization with sales partners 

    • Cross-train sales teams as a product expert for Indeed Solutions. Conduct regular reviews and sales training positioning all new products for success

    • Partner with GPS and Sales to develop a quarterly action plan to achieve Non-SJ Sales goals 

    • Drive and engage Inside Sales teams to provide technical product details and limitations throughout the sales process

    • Understand product demand and prepare information to support business development efforts & deployment

    • Lead product line rationalization and market segmentation efforts to increase solution selling efficiencies that support overall Indeed value proposition

    • Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone, via webinar and Face-to-Face where applicable

    • Act as the voice of the customer/field, providing relevant feedback to product teams on feature or data needs to continue to grow Indeed’s non-core products.  

    • You will maintain an effective pipeline of activity, including high value internal and external meetings to effectively diversify revenue and enable sales partners to deliver successful solutions to their customers.

    • Help scale processes including lead generation, client marketing, and talent recruiting by persistently uncovering the hiring needs of clients

    WHO YOU ARE

    • 1+ years of sales experience

    • Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships and solution sell 

    • Experience effectively communicating with cross-functional stakeholders 

    • Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly and with a positive attitude 

    • Demonstrated ability for technical learning, customer focus & cross-functional participation

    • Passion to educate, sell, take on challenges and new strategic Indeed initiatives

    • Big picture, team oriented mindset 

    • A metrics-oriented, need-to-win attitude

    • Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills

    • Experience with an online CRM

    • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities in a startup environment

    • Proven potential for growth through evidence of dealing with ambiguity, self-development & drive for results

    • Professional maturity and exceptional business acumen

    SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER

    The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
