You will use a consultative approach, working closely with senior business leaders and stakeholders to determine and develop strategies and business plans that are aligned with Capital Group/American Funds mission and objectives. You will be r esponsible for framing and leading highly complex business analysis at a strategic, cross-functional and/or enterprise level. You will identify and analyze key business trends, identify gaps, define future requirements, develop business cases and determine optimal approach to address. You will provide project management and product support for projects and initiatives with significant scope (e.g., crossing departments or companies), complexity, and ambiguity, using a broad toolkit of analysis and project delivery methods.
