As part of our cross-functional Trust & Safety Engineering team, you’ll work on solutions with engineers, operations analysts, and product managers to keep enforce a high bar for content posted on indeed.com.  Your team will collaborate with product teams across the company to identify opportunities for improvement and points of integration with our moderation platform and tools. Day to day, you will find yourself working across product code bases and helping us to integrate machine learning models into our quality enforcement solutions.  You’ll collaborate with our Operations team to identify new areas that require moderation and develop a path to simple content review. You will get exposure to new products as they mature on our platform and have an opportunity for impact that extends well beyond the confines of your team.

WHO YOU ARE

• Design, develop, and maintain systems that integrate fraud and policy moderation into our products.

• Work side by side with our data scientists to invent and deploy new solutions to fight fraud.

• Collaborate with our Operations team to identify opportunities where moderation can have impact and design new integrations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum BS in Computer Science

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in software development

• Deep background in new platform design and architecture

• Significant experience with large scale, high-performance systems.

• Experience leading/mentoring other engineers

SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
