    YOUR JOB

    We are looking to fill our Learning and Development team with high-energy individuals that will shape our global Client Success and Sales teams. Our training mission has three aims: 1) to educate our people to be masters of Indeed products and positioning, 2) to ensure our people are GREAT at enabling Sales and Service respectively, and 3) to prepare those we support for their next role at Indeed.

    The Learning & Development Strategist, Enablement will report to the Learning & Development Senior Manager, Sales/CS Enablement and must be able to partner well with GL&E and other internal teams. This person will focus on the holistic learning journey for GL&E comprehensive of onboarding, continuing education, and professional development as well as partnering to deliver products, systems, and tools content. In this role there will be emphasis on supporting the GL&E team however the scope could broaden to support additional enablement teams as needed. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills as well the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.  

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Set the vision and strategic priorities for GL&E team programming (ONB, CED, Leadership Development). Program management will be inclusive but not limited to the below activities:

      • Help define program and/or project scope, goals, and deliverables

      • Plan and implement training-related projects 

      • Define tasks and required resources

      • Ensure priorities align to business unit and GL&E OKRs

      • Monitor alignment with and development of business unit capabilities

      • Develop content that is tailored to regions as needed but otherwise globally consistent

      • Collaborate with Products & Systems L&D teams and develop training as strategy evolves

      • Create and maintain program and/or project documentation

      • Coordinate program and/or project team (taskforce)

      • Inside of each program, create schedule and project timelines

      • Lead meetings and set expectations for project team (taskforce)

      • Monitor and report on program and/or project progress

      • Present to stakeholders on progress as well as problems and solutions

      • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs

      • Evaluate and assess the results of delivery

    • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the entire Sales/CS Enablement organization (GPS, CSI, BOSS, GL&E)

    • Conduct regular performance needs analyses and knowledge assessments to ensure Sales/CS Enablement teams maintain their role-specific knowledge to have effective touch points

    • Develop training needs analysis methods to regularly measure, assess, and evaluate program and session results to continuously improve effectiveness 

    • Present executive summaries back to GL&E senior leadership on status and success of programs and projects

    • Leverage various learning methodologies and techniques to drive engagement and retention including digital learning, adult learning theory, experiential learning, peer-learning, etc. as well as tactics related to sales skills (i.e. objection handling, effective questioning)

    • Ensure content is aligned to instructional design best practices including learning objectives, facilitation guides, sufficient trainer preparation, visual aids, evaluation, maintenance, and more

    • Adhere to and apply DI&B and Accessibility guidelines in content design, delivery, and evaluation

    • Ensure timely delivery of training to support teams to best prepare them for wider launches to Sales and CS

    • Apply effective communication skills including active listening and influence to act as main point of contact for Sales/CS Enablement teams on all efforts related to L&D training

    • Grow and maintain your own knowledge of Indeed’s products, and become well-versed in all roles in Sales/CS Strategy

    • Prioritize your own continuous education to stay current with industry trends and expertise

    • Assist with execution of special projects as needed

    WHO YOU ARE

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 2+ year training Client Success and/or Sales and/or Strategy or Support teams

    • 3+ years experience designing eLearning and ILT/vILT content/materials and facilitating training classes

    • 5+ years of experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

    • Exceptional written, verbal, and virtual communication and presentation skills

    • Previous direct sales or client service experience preferred

    • Familiarity with an online CRM (Salesforce)

    • Familiarly with conversational intelligence tools (Gong)

    • Familiarity with screen sharing programs (Zoom)

    • Proficient with office productivity tools (Google Suite)

    • Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize responsibilities

    • A metrics-oriented, need-to-win attitude

    • Strong interest in working with and developing people with a focus on inclusion and ability to flex to various social styles

    • Driven by collaboration and driving success through joint team and cross-functional initiatives  

    • Ability to seek and leverage feedback from stakeholders, team, and peers to drive personal and professional development

    • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be proactive

    • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to multitask effectively

    • Familiarity with the recruitment / staffing industry a plus

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
