    YOUR JOB

    We’re looking for a Brand Strategy Intern to join our growing team and help us tell the story of the Indeed brand around the world.

    You are a problem solver who uses various research data points and trends to connect the dots. You are curious, enjoying the balance of art and science in marketing, i.e. you enjoy the creative process while also appreciating the data. You prefer to stay close to cultural patterns to understand macro trends that impact our consumers everyday. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Learn how to work on creative briefs and generate consumer insights
    • Conduct competitive market and business intelligence to distill meaningful competitive insights
    • Work with our internal creative teams and external advertising agencies on campaign development and translate creative strategy into communications
    • Deep dive into exploring cultures and the category of hiring/job searching
    • Work with the brand team to execute brand positioning in global markets

    WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

    • Strong communication skills
    • Is a self-starter with a strong work ethic
    • Is a critical thinker who is focused and thoughtful 
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Excellent problem solving skills

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Studying for a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, brand strategy/account planning, behavioral science, or related field
    • Passionate about supporting and evolving a global brand 
    • Ability to toggle between high-level, conceptual strategy work and detail-oriented project management work
    • Comfortable with quantitative and qualitative data

    The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
