    YOUR JOB

    We're looking for an Inclusive Sourcer to join our newly formed Inclusive Sourcing Team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in every aspect of your work, putting Indeed’s inclusive hiring principles into practice, and advocate for all job seekers. You will partner closely with the Inclusive Sourcing Manager and  Sr. Inclusive Sourers, as a team dedicated to provide a robust candidate pipeline in support of achieving our objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive sourcing capability and delivery to proactively build and maintain a network of inclusive candidate pools, leveraging all available talent channels, including partnerships with associations, alumni groups and organizations

    • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to develop strong pipelines of diverse and qualified candidate pools through outreach, social media, marketing, events, partnerships and referrals

    • Create sourcing funnels and leverage data to optimize inclusive representation at each stage of the recruiting process

    • Partner closely with our Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DI&B) team to ensure alignment in strategy and reporting

    • Create and maintain relationships with inclusive organizations, while participating in meetings, networking events and seminars to build diverse candidate pipelines

    • Maintain records with accuracy in our ATS and maintain high data integrity

    • Work with ambiguity in a fast paced, ever changing environment

    WHO YOU ARE

    • 2+ years sourcing/recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting in a high-growth and/or fast-paced environment with prior inclusive sourcing experience strongly preferred

    • Demonstrated sourcing action and passion towards Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging

    • Demonstrable history of developing and using creative sourcing strategies

    • Ability to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns

    • Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines, recruiting goals, or both

    SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER

    The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
