    YOUR JOB

    We're looking for a Technical Sourcer in our Talent Attraction team. Our Talent Attraction team champions our culture by working tirelessly to attract and retain the best people. With HR teams in every major Indeed office globally, we value a consistent and positive experience for all of our employees and potential new hires. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Owning the sourcing process from search, initiating candidate relation to qualifications

    • You enjoy a challenge, and tough searches.

    • You thrive in a supportive, collaborative team environment

    • You can handle ambiguity in times of change management

    • Maintain records with accuracy in our ATS and maintain high Data integrity

    • Build strong relationships with internal candidates and hiring managers

    • Proactively identify and drive opportunities for improvements

    • Educate and influence the business on the philosophy, approach and best practices of candidate discovery

    WHO YOU ARE

    • 4+ years sourcing experience within a rapidly growing organization

    • Demonstrable history of developing and using creative sourcing strategies

    • Strong market knowledge of the competitive landscape for talent across Europe

    • Ability to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns

    • Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines, recruiting goals, or both

    SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER

    The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
