Objectives:

Areas you will gain experience and improve your skills include but are not limited to: coding in multiple programming languages, agile practices, design thinking, data management, technical knowledge of bank applications and infrastructure, and leadership.

Within this program, you’ll also have the opportunity to participate concurrently in Early Career Development Programming (ECDP) – a robust, 4-month program designed to give our new colleagues a strong foundation of Citizens Bank. Through the ECDP, you’ll experience:

• 2-day Orientation in downtown Boston with all bank-wide development program colleagues
• Professional development workshops (such as Agile Methodologies and Presence & Presentation)
• Customer and client site visits
• Networking opportunities with senior leadership
• Dedicated community service activities
• Strategic Challenge where you’ll work in small teams to solve for an organizational problem and present your recommendations to a panel of executives

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, CIS, IT, MIS, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other technology-related degree
• Expected graduation date of May 2020
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Strong written and oral presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills
• This is a full-time program beginning early June 2020

• Hours per Week: 40
• Work Schedule: M-F 8:30am - 5pm; 30 minute daily lunch break is required
