    YOUR JOB

    As a Strategist on our Trust & Safety Operational Support Team, you will serve as the primary data resource and maintainer, perform proactive reviews to identify potential gaps in operations and oversee the intake analysis of new workflows. Collaborating with Policy, Communications, Strategy, and Product teams, you will guide and monitor the Job Seeker mission. You will help to create the vision and direction of a dynamic and challenging body of work. You will analyze and investigate data and content, make decisions and effectively communicate and guide these through implementation. You will create new processes and drive operational improvements that will have broad impact and reach.

    As an ideal candidate, you are comfortable conducting autonomous research, developing data sets and creating corresponding dashboards, you are undaunted by developing, communicating, and driving changes that may be large in scope and impact. You have experience collaborating across many diverse teams, evaluating new and existing workflows of an organization to identify improvements and offer recommendations. You are unabashed in advocating for your work, and you support your proposals with solid data that you are comfortable independently creating and developing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze data from a variety of sources, compile trends, that will support driving business decisions regarding process improvement and content quality that impact other Indeed functions

    • Contribute to the constant work of improving the Job Seeker experience on Indeed

    • Challenge and iterate on our methods, processes, policy, and the way we think about new and existing internal processes

    • Proactively and independently discover creative initiatives and consistently lead these to completion

    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders like Client Success, International Teams, Engineering, and Product across Indeed

    • Identify resources needed to solve business problems complex in scope and create processes to execute on a solution

    • Create and develop high-level metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of your projects

    • Contribute to achieving teamwide goals

    • Build relationships with leadership and other senior stakeholders, proactively communicating team initiatives and actions to ensure consistency and comprehensiveness in implementation

    WHO YOU ARE

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4+ years of relevant work experience; OR Advanced degree in a related field or 2+ years of relevant work experience; OR 6+ years of relevant work experience

    • Experience in independently scoping and managing vague, large scale projects and requests

    • Experience in languages such as SQL required

    • Experience with Tableau or similar visualization platform required

    • Detail-oriented, data-focused mindset

    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

    • Self-starter, intellectually curious and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

    • Capability to validate and explain trends and results as compared to outlined success metrics

    SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER

    The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
