    JOB OVERVIEW/SUMMARY

    The University Programs Co-Op supports all administrative and operational aspects of the end to end recruitment process including college and internship programs with a high-level of detail and proactive follow-up. The University Programs Co-Op also supports the university programs team and Clorox functional recruitment event volunteers with event logistics, travel, branding and recruiting material organization and delivery.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manages administrative and coordination functions of the end to end talent acquisition process for University Programs including logistics and event planning for university and diversity recruitment events.
    • Supports interview scheduling, rooms set up, travel arrangements, event logistics, and any other required support activities for the recruiting process and programs.
    • Manages and reviews all new hire paperwork for accuracy and compliance to Clorox policies and employment standards, and submits to proper areas, including I-9s and background checks.
    • Process and reconcile invoices, including event registrations and relocation budgets.

    HOURS

    • 40 hours/week for ~ months; need to be flexible for evening events
    • No travel
  • Qualifications

    KEY SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED EDUCATION

    • BS/BA Degree - Rising Junior (Completed Sophomore Year) to Rising Senior or Grad Student
    • Candidates must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
    • U.S. citizen or permanent resident status

    EXPERIENCE

    • Interest working within Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition
    • Experience working with Microsoft office including Word, Excel and Power Point
    • Experience with event planning and logistics
    • Experience work within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (preferred)
    • Experience in human resources specifically in support of a talent acquisition team (preferred)
