Job Description:

• Assist with basic website builds using a CMS. Includes configuring modules, building online forms, uploading content, etc.

• Conduct research tasks to find solutions to issues: Work with various software vendors to get support for their products and figure out fixes to issues seen on a website.

• Conduct independent research to troubleshoot and find solutions to issues with various OpenSource software used to build modern websites.

• Implement the fixes you find for website issues (in our sandbox system) and document the fix for application to live systems.

• All work tasks are sent to you via our ticket system so your tasks are very structured.

• Your work hours are flexible and you work where you choose. All work is remote.

• Strong ability to research and troubleshoot website problems (HTML, CSS, PHP, Joomla CMS) and find creative solutions without help.

• Strong oral and written English communication skills

• Extreme attention to detail in work products and tasks

• Medium+ to advanced HTML, CSS & JavaScript web design skills

• Medium+ to advanced programming skills (PHP preferred)

• Exposure to web CMS tools like Wordpress, Joomla or Drupal (Joomla preferred)

• Basic to advanced SQL database skills (MySQL preferred)

• Basic Linux OS knowledge
