    YOUR JOB

    The Real Estate team is responsible for managing and growing Indeed’s global real estate portfolio. We design, plan, and execute any projects related to office expansions, build outs, and moves, with a dedicated focus on providing a fun and results-oriented work environment for our Indeedians. 

    As the workforce becomes increasingly flexible and hybrid, we believe the workspace should also reflect creating a nimble workspace. The Real Estate Workplace Strategy team is redefining how Indeedians work through the implementation of global pilot programs.  We evaluate and implement the impact of these pilots by collecting data and measuring their benefits.

    You would join the Workplace Team as our Workplace Data Analyst - Visualization, your primary focus will be to evaluate both qualitative and quantitative data, producing captivating visualizations the team gathers from pilots and tells a clear story that are actionable to help develop the next iteration of office space connecting data and insights into holistic and transformational experiences in the workplace.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and implement data analysis, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

    • Building systems and processes to gather data including surveys and conducting workshops, focus groups, and user interviews, etc.

    • Analyze and measure both trends and insights in the physical and digital workplace.

    • Create compelling and interactive visualizations from evaluated data that clearly articulates insights that engage partners, stakeholders, and business leadership.

    • Develop and maintain databases of information and analyze data collected in Tableau. Data sources will stem from many sources, including survey data, office usage, observations, etc.

    • Work with the wider Real Estate team to analyze data as needed.

    WHO YOU ARE

    • 2+ years of relevant experience, including data visualization, data scientist, reporting, data analyst, behavioral science or other related fields.

    • Data-driven with strong analytical skills and the ability to abstract, collect, organize, analyze, and interpret patterns in complex data sets, while looking for continuous ways of improvement.

    • Interprets data in an accurate and ethical manner.

    • Experience or interest in the workplace and how people work, thinking holistically about an employee's connection to collaborative technology, culture, productivity and communication.

    • Mastery of Tableau with proven experience building compelling visualizations. Helpful to have experience with qualtrics and smartsheets.

    • Comfortable with using Google Workspace, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for design.

    SALARY RANGE DISCLAIMER

    The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
