Are you passionate about helping organizations and leaders be more effective?  This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a center of excellence (COE) leading the way on how Starbucks approaches all aspects of organizational effectiveness including change leadership, org design, team and leader effectiveness, etc.    You will partner closely with other COEs and HR business partners across the organization to leverage best practices, build tools, training, capability and programs. 

AS AN ORG AND PARTNER DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST, YOU WILL…

• Support O&LE partners with larger consultation efforts (preparing materials/taking notes, etc.)
• Participate and/or lead facilitation on small to medium scale projects
• Research and identify tools & methods (OD, Change, Team Effectiveness)
• Partner with PRO business partners and COE leaders to build tools and resources
• Update hub site with a redesigned, user centered set of resources
• Execute implementation to introduce the tools and practices that bring the “Starbucks Approach” to life (schedule, rooms, planning, etc.)
• DiSC administration and sustainment
• Build partnership with processing team, provide escalated support and direction
• Manage Starbucks relationship with vendor
• Tool sustainment and continuous improvement opportunities
• Assist with other enterprise programs and projects - policy, planning, pilot execution support, etc. 
• Data Driven Tools (i.e. Org 360) -  implementation support; sustainment CI and collect feedback from key stakeholders

__WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM PEOPLE WITH:

• 2 yrs Project / Program management experience • 2 yrs internal/external consulting on organization development, leadership/team effectiveness, change management or related strategies • Lead self with a growth mindset and a curiosity to learn • Ability to influence and communicate clearly • Flexible and adaptable; able to work effectively through ambiguous situations • Ability to build trust and maintain relationships • Ability to balance logic and analytical thinking with empathy • Ability to look at the bigger picture as well as have a keen eye for detail • Knowledge of project management best practices • Fluency in PowerPoint with solid experience in Word, and Excel • Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and BlueJeans
