Are you passionate about helping organizations and leaders be more effective? This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a center of excellence (COE) leading the way on how Starbucks approaches all aspects of organizational effectiveness including change leadership, org design, team and leader effectiveness, etc. You will partner closely with other COEs and HR business partners across the organization to leverage best practices, build tools, training, capability and programs.
AS AN ORG AND PARTNER DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST, YOU WILL…
__WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM PEOPLE WITH:
• 2 yrs Project / Program management experience • 2 yrs internal/external consulting on organization development, leadership/team effectiveness, change management or related strategies • Lead self with a growth mindset and a curiosity to learn • Ability to influence and communicate clearly • Flexible and adaptable; able to work effectively through ambiguous situations • Ability to build trust and maintain relationships • Ability to balance logic and analytical thinking with empathy • Ability to look at the bigger picture as well as have a keen eye for detail • Knowledge of project management best practices • Fluency in PowerPoint with solid experience in Word, and Excel • Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and BlueJeans
