Key Responsibilities:
• Monthly Commentary & Reporting: Draft and refine monthly investment commentary
• P&L Attribution & Returns: Calculate and analyze portfolio performance and attribution
• Investment Committee & Sales Packages: Create and compile materials for investment committee meetings and sales teams.
• Risk Management Reports: Manage, update, and distribute various risk reports.
• Power BI Development: Assist in maintaining and enhancing Power BI applications to support data visualization and reporting needs.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Support various ad hoc tasks and initiatives as needed.
Must-Have Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and deliver work efficiently both independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
• A proactive and self-motivated mindset.
• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills on the job.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with SQL databases and SSMS code.
• Experience working with Power BI.
• Knowledge of VBA.
