As a Senior Business Analyst , you will support the team with highest priority strategic initiatives and ongoing business activities, and you will be asked to partner across the organization to arrive at insightful business recommendations to senior stakeholders. You’re comfortable working with data, collaborating with partners, conducting analyses, pulling data from systems, writing insights from large sets of data and communicating insights to stakeholders.

You will support more senior members of the team by pulling/analyzing data that will be used to solve strategic, tactical, structured, and unstructured business problems.
You will be responsible for interpreting and communicating business results to senior leaders.
You have experience communicating trends and track key KPIs via dashboards and reports to a wide-ranging business audience.
You will support projects, including assessments of new strategic opportunities.
You can create business cases for new projects. Makes recommendations based on understanding critical assumptions, expected return on investment and break-even analysis.
You have performed data manipulation and analytics, while working with various business functions and senior members of the team to identify and to respond to business problems.
You will define, conduct research, and analysis to create data-driven insights.
Skills/Qualifications:
Southern California Base Salary Range: $96,120-$153,792
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
