As a Business Information Analyst in the Business Analytics and Administration team, you will provide modeling, analysis and reporting support to the American Funds Service Group (AFSG). As a member of the team, you will review and analyze Book of Business and strategic Staffing results and provide insight on the direction of the business and financial implications. You'll help drive business value by a ssembling structured and unstructured data and information, leveraging advanced knowledge of American Funds enterprise data, drive improvements to predictive models and using multiple internal and external sources to explore and test hypotheses regarding strategic business questions. We'll leverage your expertise to lead and participate in strategic business and operational initiatives, analyze macro drivers of the business, and identify trends. You will create analytical reports and presentations that will help inform AFSG strategies and programs. Your key stakeholders will include the AFSG business group, Global Finance and Workforce Management. To thrive in this role you are naturally curious and enjoy diving into data to find solutions.
