As a summer associate, you will work independently on standardized/recurring assignments and under the direct supervision of more senior staff on complex projects, analyses, and tasks. • You will support individual product(s) by:

  • serving as a resource to various internal groups.

  • researching and responding to inquiries.

  • provide input to project leads on product design, development, training, and rollout.

  • monitoring and coordinating updates to fee schedules and pricing.

• You will ensure product information is accurately represented in product catalogs as well as training documents, literature (e.g., sales material, forms), and online

• You will support Product Managers in the creation, analysis and development of product plans, business cases, and performance reports

Base Hourly Rate: $30 / hour

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
