The Client Account Associate will provide operational support to the Client Account Administration Team (‘CAAT') while working directly within the CAAT Asset Transfer group. Tasks include asset movement (internal) journals, asset intake, asset disbursement, cost basis updates, post-transfer reconciliation, account maintenance support, problem resolution and collaboration with internal business groups, the Pershing Advisor Solutions service team, and various delivering/receiving contra-firms when needed.

• Understands team dynamics, workflow processes and seeks clarification when necessary

• Proactively monitor workflow consoles and CAAT email inbox for self-assignment of tasks

• Perform internal transfers of non-cash assets between accounts, asset intakes and asset disbursements

• Perform cost basis monitoring and reconciliation

• Coordinate activities with other CAAT associates, specifically for cross-functional and complex transactions

• Communicate with custodian service team regarding daily issues, current and pending transactions, and system operations/enhancements

• Attend internal meetings and service team conference calls periodically

• Facilitate documentation amendments

• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned
