As a Senior Tax Associate, you will work on the Core Operations Tax team which focuses on tax accounting and distribution planning for our mutual funds. You will be responsible for the quality and accuracy of your team's deliverables including tax accounting and reporting for U.S. and non-U.S. investment vehicles. Your scope of responsibility ranges from performing these activities to validating them through controls, ensuring compliance with procedures and best practices.

• You have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business is required; CPA, MBT, or concentration in tax is preferred

• You have 1+ years tax, accounting, finance, or industry experience

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong ability to learn various accounting related systems; interest in automated solutions preferred

• You are attentive to details and demonstrate accuracy in a deadline driven environment

• You have a passion for problem solving and multi-tasking

• You are available and open to work overtime as needed.
