As a Corporate Event Planner, you will be responsible for the design, development, planning, execution, budgeting and overall success of a range of complex global corporate meetings and events for the organization. • You are a self-starter who applies a high degree of ownership, focus and attention managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• You have exceptional communication skills, can adjust content and style to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders and can analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to drive results.
• You regularly monitor industry trends and move beyond the traditional ways of doing things to inspire the development of new event experiences and activations for in-person and virtual events.
• You are a progressive thinker with a passion for streamlining processes and executing project plans individually as well as collaboratively.
• You readily mange and execute multi-channel projects that include audio visual, live experiential events, video production, social and digital customer journeys and the vendors/platforms that support these areas.
• You are an event producer who can manage global meetings and events from concept to execution in all aspects of of production including schedule, format, venue management, audio/visual technology, attendee management, food and beverage, transportation, accommodations, staffing, and budget management.
• You can manage a strict budget by negotiating contracts, reviewing invoices and verifying services or goods provided for payment; then processing reconciliations and reimbursements.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $72,745-$116,392

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
