As a Corporate Event Planner, you will be responsible for the design, development, planning, execution, budgeting and overall success of a range of complex global corporate meetings and events for the organization. You will be excited to play an integral part in creating impactful experiences and meaningful connections that support Capital's enterprise-wide priorities. You are well versed in navigating a high degree of complexity with stakeholders at all levels. You've built a career planning and executing seamless events and know the level of attention to detail this role demands. You are a master in creating backup plans and alternative options when unforeseen circumstances arise. You're highly resourceful, composed and empathetic. You are creative individual with an eye for design, producing original ideas and content. You enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment where collaboration, critical thinking, excellent problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity are essential for success.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $72,745-$116,392
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
