As one of our Wholesalers, you'll lead sales initiatives in the Cross Channel segment, identifying firm and firm representatives needs and coordinate efforts to serve those needs. Your territory will reach Wisconsin (Milwaukee and Madison Area). You'll manage American Funds Distributions presence, relationships and business results with key Financial Conglomerate and Independent Firms . You excel at delivering motivational and informative presentations. You're motivated by setting goals and measuring your performance against them. You are a well-rounded collaborator and work skillfully with other Senior Sales Force members to identify opportunity for better investor outcomes.

• You have a proven track record in third-party distribution, a broad knowledge of the mutual fund, SMA and ETF business and sales cultures, and the demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships.

• You have a proven track record and a deep technical knowledge of portfolio construction.

• You know how to leverage technologies to create custom analysis (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Sales Force etc.).

• You are an excellent communicator and have significant sales experience.

• You're well-versed in synthesizing information and presenting it in a distilled manner.

• You have one or more of the following designations: Series 7, AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, and CFA
