Our Customer Research & Insights team is passionate about discovering and communicating insights about human behavior that drive business value and insights. Our growing team of pragmatic researchers is constantly researching and experimenting with innovative ideas in a start-up like environment, with the backing of one of the largest investment management firms. Our leadership team allows us to focus on fundamental research by collaborating with design strategy firms and universities while working on real-world opportunities to improve investor and consumer behavior. This opportunity offers the chance to bring innovative research approaches and behavioral insights to Capital Group! We will look to you to sift through existing academic and practitioner research that illustrates tangible examples of what drives the behavior of financial advisors and investors, connect with our business leaders on their challenges, and design new research that delivers business building insight.

• You’ll use research tools like ethnographic research and surveys to understand investor and financial professional behavior.
