You will lead small to medium projects which leverage data science techniques to mine and interpret data to solve strategic, tactical, structured, and unstructured business problems that are posed to them. You will be responsible to interpret and communicate analytic results to analytical and non-analytical business partners and senior managers.

• You will build the capability to study and analyze structured and unstructured data, data from multiple internal and external sources to enable pattern seeking and analysis

• You are proficient at translating unstructured business problems into analysis framework

• Expertise in predictive analytics/statistical modeling/data mining algorithms

• You are well versed in at least one statistical analysis tool

• You have knowledge of distributed databases and have experience with SQL or related query languages

• You have bachelor's degree

• You have demonstrated agility in providing value gained through data science to a large organization and or complex datasets.

• You have experience in one or more of the following toolsets: Python, Databricks, SQL, R.

• You have an ability to provide data analysis and visualization solutions using cutting edge tools, algorithms, frameworks and languages like Python, R, Plotly Dash, Streamlit, R Shiny or Tableau.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $111,404-$178,246

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
