Data Scientist is responsible for innovation aimed at evolving our analytical solutions, enhancing client experiences, and accelerating the pace of innovation. From designing the most complex data driven frameworks to educating and influencing business stakeholders to test/provide feedback and focusing on deploying scalable solutions, this role will be powering innovation to grow our business and gain competitive advantage within asset management industry!

You will lead small to medium projects which leverage data science techniques to mine and interpret data to solve strategic, tactical, structured, and unstructured business problems. You will be responsible to interpret and communicate analytic results to analytical and non-analytical business partners and senior managers.

• You will build the capability to study and analyze structured and unstructured data, data from multiple internal and external sources to enable pattern seeking and analysis

• You are proficient at translating unstructured business problems into math framework

• Expertise in predictive analytics/statistical modeling/machine learning algorithms

• You have knowledge of distributed databases and have experience with SQL or related query languages

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level in the following majors: mathematics, statistics, economic, computer science or related technical field.

• You have demonstrated agility in providing value gained through data science to a large organization and or complex datasets.

• You have experience in one or more of the following toolsets: Python scikit-learn, Databricks ML, AWS Sagemaker, MATLAB, R.

• You have an ability to provide data analysis and visualization solutions using cutting edge tools, algorithms, frameworks and languages like Python, R, Tensorflow/PyTorch, Plotly Dash, Streamlit, R Shiny or Tableau.
