The Digital Analytics Group, reporting into the North America Distribution Insights & Analytics organization is a small, dynamic team passionate about using data to drive business value and insights. The team focuses on providing cutting edge data and analytic solutions which will be used to support sales and marketing efforts within North America Distribution.

“I CAN DO MEANINGFUL WORK.”

• You’ll use statistical analysis, development of mathematical models and optimization algorithms that support NAD in managing the business and making business decisions. You will analyze advisor, investor and economic trends that impact sales/marketing/business performance and recommend ways to improve outcomes
• You’ll have a meaningful project which will have an immediate impact on the business, such as usingdeep analysis to develop models that will optimize algorithms that determine where and when to target clients

“I AM THE PERSON CAPITAL GROUP IS LOOKING FOR.”

• You are currently pursuing a master’s or PhD degree (Computer Science, Math, or Statistics a plus)
• You have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• You can think independently yet actively contribute in a collaborative environment.
• You are a clear and thoughtful communicator.
• You have expertise in at least one or more major programming language (C++, Java, or similar) or one scripting language (SQL, R, Python, or similar)
• You have experience with ETL and data set management (Alteryx is a plus)
