"I can succeed as a HR DE &I Advisor at Capital Group."
As a critical member of the HR Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team, you'll help develop and maintain metrics, dashboards and reporting to measure the effectiveness of various DE&I and engagement initiatives, including recruiting, training, and line-of-business action plans. You'll creatively customize data illustrations and presentations for a diverse set of audiences and build audit processes to ensure consistent and accurate reporting. You'll manage our external survey and benchmark process; this includes serving as liaison between external vendors and internal business functions and conducting research to identify participation opportunities in surveys or benchmarks. Additionally, you'll partner with team members to conduct company engagement surveys, including survey design, training, reporting, and communication. You'll work with DE&I leaders to respond to RFIs and RFPs, creating efficiencies where possible. You'll maintain internal DE&I engagement content and resources for articles, communication, knowledge management and case management databases. You'll proactively look for trends and best practices to address DE&I and engagement opportunities, as well as support ad-hoc requests, projects and responsibilities as needed.
