You'll work directly with Capital's Senior Manager of Employee Relations to resolve complex cases, curate training and resources, and leverage your expertise and aptitude in analytics to advance our employee relations philosophy while mitigating business risk. An impartial and objective subject matter expert, you'll partner with HR generalists, Capital's Legal Department, and business leaders across Capital's various lines of business globally to address intricate employee relations matters as well as lead internal claim investigations, ensuring consistent quality of results, timelines of resolution, and an effective, supportive associate experience. You will also participate in the selection and implementation of a new ER case-management system and drive its adoption across HR. You've participated on and/or led high-performing teams and have the confidence and courage to manage through ambiguity, think strategically and situationally, and develop innovative solutions that challenge the status quo.
