As a Director within our Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO), you will lead, manage, and develop a team of ~30 project management and delivery professionals who support our Information and Technology Group (ITG) You will work directly with the CIO and her senior leadership team to shape and drive a multi-year global change agenda. Near term focus areas include Data, Cloud, DevSecOps, and Architecture. You will be part of a newly formed enterprise office leadership team focused on bringing enterprise capabilities, including the Enterprise Program Management Office, together to drive change and improvement across Capital Group. You are a transformational leader who engages and inspires others to achieve meaningful results. When developing a vision, you consider long term impacts and make a personal commitment to exploring diverse perspectives and dissenting viewpoints. Your career has been built upon your success in driving the business, evolving methodologies, genuinely engaging with people and cultivating an inclusive culture.
DRIVE: You'll leverage and integrate partnering functions to encourage optimal project delivery. In identifying and aligning top priorities, you'll encourage trade-offs that facilitate decision making. You'll establish and guide productive governance groups and program-level steering committees as well as oversee project portfolios. Your team members will feel empowered to mitigate risk, ensure comprehensiveness, and measure quality throughout strategy and execution phases.
EVOLVE: You will evolve our project and program management philosophy and methodologies to optimally support the Information and Technology Group . You add value to discussions by staying current on industry and technology trends. You'll identify organizational opportunities to more fully serve Capital Group with EPMO talent, business & technology knowledge, relationships and scale. You understand and maximize the value of effective leadership. By providing guidance on approaches, you'll make responsible and progressive decisions. You will help shape and evolve our new enterprise office.
