The Capital Group HBCU/HSI Leadership Experience is an opportunity for undergraduate students to learn more about Capital Group and our diverse associates. Selected participants will spend a half day virtual session receiving an inside look at how our organization works together to drive consistent success.

The HBCU/HSI Leadership Experience will include small group networking opportunities, and panels on topics like Investment Management and Recruiting 101. Students will have opportunities to build relationships with Capital Group associates at all levels - from early career to senior leadership.

Undergraduate students with a freshman, sophomore, or junior class standing are eligible to apply.
