    As one of our HR Generalists, you will be a key member of the Human Resources (HR) team supporting Capital's Investment Operations (IO) group. IO consists of more than 900 associates based in 18 Capital Group office locations whose charter is to support our investment process globally. In this role, you will partner with the global HR team and business leaders to drive the people component of Capital's business strategy; particularly focused on leading core HR processes, diagnosing and resolving associate relations matters and serving as a subject matter expert on various HR topics.

    As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for leading our cyclical performance and talent processes; which will include consulting and providing guidance to our HRBP teams as well as business leaders on topics; such as performance rating calibration, promotion and compensation recommendations, and preparation of review discussions. A key focus area of this role will involve providing guidance on effective performance management practices as well as resolving routine and complex associate relations matters that arise. Over time, this role may support both our IO and Information Technology HR Business partner teams, as our HR operating model continues to evolve.
