As a Learning Experience Designer, you will consult with our ITG partners to enhance business outcomes, deliver innovative learner-centric designed solutions, help create and run an engaging social community and actively promote social learning. You will play a critical role as a program/product manager and develop short and long-term learning solutions based on identified skill gaps. You will measure success and effectiveness by tracking and reporting on relevant KPIs/Metrics.

• You have a related degree or relevant experience.
