    As a Project Analyst, you'll be part of the Market Data Information Services (MDIS) team with Capital Investment Group Services (CIGS) and will help manage projects for various business, regulatory, operational, or vendor driven initiatives. You'll be a key player in the MDIS process transformation and continuous improvement goals. You'll collect requirements and user needs from the MDIS team, business units, and vendors identifying, and evaluating business risks and potential impediments. You'll help ensure process changes are optimized while meeting business requirements through in-depth analysis of current and proposed business operations. You'll assess and understand user needs, define project task responsibilities, including identifying risks and coordinating implementation activities to ensure adherence to overall project schedule, and implement standardized tools and practices. You'll serve as a resource to the department by providing information on processes and system functionality, supporting team in navigating department structures, processes, relationships and identifying best practices. You'll maximize value by ensuring that connectivity to overall business strategy is sustained throughout all project phases while maintaining up-to-date relevant project management reporting tools.

  • Qualifications

    • You have a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, statistics or a relevant field of study.
    • You may have your PMP certification and demonstrated success as a business analyst.
    • You're highly organized and process oriented. You can effectively manage pressing timelines and report progress using data for accuracy and completeness.
    • You thrive in team settings. You ask good questions, enjoy bouncing ideas off others and welcome different perspectives.
    • You enjoy conducting in-depth research and analysis and facilitating the process of defining business requirements and user needs.
    • You Identify areas for improvement and provide information, option and solutions to management to help make informed decisions, concerning technical and business process impacts.
    • You're comfortable communicating with a variety of audiences, including presenting requirements and analytical findings to management with appropriate levels of detail.
    • You're highly visual and enjoy creating presentation materials including process flows to represent information in a variety of mediums.
    • You aim to optimize and balance user experience while satisfying the goals of the efforts you are involved in.
