Maintain positive relationships with InTeahouse clients and partners, including in person meetings and email communications
Attend networking events as a representative of InTeahouse (some evenings and weekend work will be required)
Develop creative ways to market the organization to local businesses around your campus to acquire members
Conduct research on technology, innovation trends, and potential leads
Lead our advertising on social media channels and develop strategies for promoting user growth
Create compelling content for social channels (i.e., Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, YouTube and Twitter), website, blog, newsletters, and other marketing collateral
Design advertising materials such as business cards, event booklets, infographics, brochures, apparel, etc.
Recent graduate or currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in marketing, public relations, journalism, communications, or related field
An outgoing personality and a knack for networking
Must be available to work at least 20 hours per week
Ability to work cross-culturally; demonstrated interest in China a plus
Experience with email marketing campaigns
Strong creative writing and verbal communication skills, and strong editing and proofreading skills
Strong graphic design skills a plus (i.e., InDesign, Photoshop, photography, videography or other tools)
Confidence in ability to complete multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment and in ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
