As a Solutions Engineer you'll build, maintain and refine high performance, scalable technology that creates content, communications, and experiences that inspires our customers to interact with us. You have recommendations on how to imagine, develop and launch solutions with transformative power.

• You have a bachelor's degree in Management Information or a related technical field

• You have at least 5 years of software engineering experience in enterprise marketing technology space

• You have experience with configuring and Integrating marketing tools like Tools Sprinklr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, EveryoneSocial, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other similar SaaS technologies

• You have technology vendor management experience. You've provided technology direction, guidance and oversight of vendor solutions and integrations

• You are knowledgeable about social media marketing practices. You are able to research, recommend, implement and integrate new marketing technology products

• You've been successful managing business systems analysis functions including preparation of product roadmap, integration plans, specification of validations & test cases for converting business requirements into technical epics and stories

• You have familiarity with digital media advertising practices- Listening, Paid Media, Audience Identification, Data Analysis etc.

• You have a foundation of technical ability, business acumen, leadership skills and a desire to provide technology expertise and act as admin/coach for technology platforms within the organization

• Your agile mindset and passion for designing product user experiences enable rapid business growth
