  • Responsibilities

    The Private Wealth Management Intern within Campbell’s Private Wealth Distribution department assists the Regional Directors in sales support, client service, marketing, and Salesforce entry as directed by the Campbell’s internal wholesalers and management. The role provides tactical support to the internal wholesalers, allowing them to focus on direct sales activities.

    Principal Responsibilities:

    • Updates information in Salesforce (e.g. changes to contacts and delivery of promotional material)
    • Enters sales activity information for existing contacts into Salesforce (e.g. touches, meetings)
    • Enters prospecting information into Salesforce
    • Enters/updates contact information for Financial Advisors
    • Writes hand-written follow-up notes to potential and current clients
    • Assists with any required follow ups after the meetings, including the sending of sales materials and adding new contacts to monthly distribution lists.
    • Assists Internal Wholesalers in identifying, inviting and confirming attendees for onsite meetings and summits
    • Provides follow up on key aspects of the sales process
    • Follows up on the delivery of marketing materials
  • Qualifications

    Candidates must meet the following required qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled undergraduate\graduate student focused on obtaining a degree in business, finance or related field or equivalent work experience
    • Strong technical skills using Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent hand-writing
    • Interest in working in the financial industry
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
    • Working conditions requiring the ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Desired skills
    • Ideal candidates will also have prior hands-on experience with Salesforce.
