You will be responsible for managing communication, planning, and support for a range of cross-functional initiatives within GPSD, related to Capital Group products and services. You will coordinate the sharing of expertise between internal stakeholders and overall process management of changes and initiatives impacting the global product suite. This encompasses communication of a broad spectrum of changes impacting CG's investment offerings, for example:

• Portfolio Manager retirements, new portfolio manager disclosures, principal investment officer (PIO) responsibility changes, resignations, etc.
• Fund guideline changes that reduce, increase or remove the ability to invest in certain securities, markets or geographies.
• Pricing and fee adjustments.
• Benchmark changes and strategic initiatives such as Capital's securities lending program.

• You will lead cross-functional work teams and manages project timelines and resources to communicate changes to existing products.
• You have experience partnering with product manager or senior manager to support governance approval process.
• You are a key coordinator for 911 types of scenarios like unplanned PM departures or terminations
• You have established clear business processes and focus on continuous improvement (e.g., improving processes for data gathering).
• Interfaces with internal partners, including the Client Groups and Investment Product Management, when deeper product / client segment expertise is required.
• You will advise business partners to ensure product and strategy changes are communicated and implemented.
• You will determine changes to project plan based on current impediments, gathers data to assess all risk areas and scale of impact
• You will have 3+ years of experience in Investments or Financial Services Industry
