Our Culture
Position The Relationship Associate role is a key sales position responsible for driving revenue growth within new distribution channels for Polen. This sales leader will own responsibility for growing overall 1940 Act Mutual Fund sales, with particular focus on our large, independent Broker-Dealer partners. Successful candidates will have an entrepreneurial spirit and drive and will be integrated into one of our high-performing sales teams as a trusted and critical partner. Strategies for growing revenue fundamentally rely on a candidate's proactive approach, laser-focus on the needs of their business partners and client relationships, and an ability to stay focused on the bottom line of revenue growth and asset retention. This position is an "on ramp" to an attractive career in asset management distribution.
