As a Resource Management Specialist, you will oversee NACG’s contingent workforce program, managing selection, onboarding/offboarding, facilities, compliance, and reporting. You will serve as the subject matter expert for Fieldglass and Ariba, ensuring timely and compliant engagements through effective reporting and process guidance.

You coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for contingent workers, ensuring workspace, system access, and equipment readiness.
You will partner cross-functionally with teams (e.g., Marketing, Product) to plan and fulfill temporary staffing needs.
You manage contractor lifecycle in CLP/Ariba; serve as Fieldglass SME and guide managers on best practices.
You resolve complex employment issues in collaboration with IT, Legal, and other stakeholders.
You oversee compliance processes including fingerprinting and background checks for SOW contractors.
You maintain accurate tracking and reporting of contingent workforce metrics; recommend process improvements.
You support agency collaboration to ensure candidate quality and assist associates with onboarding tasks.
You would demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to identify, assess, and resolve issues-including privacy, risk, and employment matters-while influencing others and recommending solutions.
You communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, collaborate across teams, prioritizes tasks, and applies working knowledge of Ariba and Fieldglass to deliver professional service.
You partner with your broader team on business management initiatives.
You are comfortable operating in Microsoft 365 as a collaboration tool.
Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $95,251-$152,402
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
