As a Retirement Plan Services Representative, you enjoy researching questions or requirements and ensuring resolution of unclear or incomplete requests over the phone. You will educate clients on plan- specific inquiries and general retirement industry concepts and regulations.

• You demonstrate working knowledge of defined contribution plans and retirement industry and the ability to apply it to work assignments.
• You will provide customer service to retirement plan clients by responding to inquiries and/or processes participant-level and plan-level requests (i.e., financial and account maintenance) received via phone, email or mail.
• You enjoy staying informed of the company's products and services, policies and procedures and applicable regulations and legal requirements.
• You will resolve complex inquiries related to participants and plans in our proprietary retirement products by utilizing resources to understand business and regulatory requirements.
• You have a desire to Identify opportunities to make business decisions, escalates appropriately and presents ideas to management for input and approval.
