As a Site Services & Operations Coordinator, you will demonstrate a general understanding of all Office Services business areas and advanced knowledge in assigned area(s), working under minimal direction. You will enrich the experience of working at Capital by providing needed support and services to internal customers by identifying, analyzing, and resolving support and operational issues. You will assist with managing vendor relationships, budgets, and contract negotiations for the department.
You also assist with team workflow and provide assistance to a team to effectively manage services (e.g. visitor services, catering support and commuting benefits) and operations (facilities maintenance, safety & security, office moves), as well as various site projects.

You thrive on being the subject matter expert in this multi-functional position that ranges from site and space planning, food service operations, facilities management, meeting/event set up, reception, janitorial services, physical and electronic security and health and safety.

You enjoy facilitating discussions and leading projects with significant impact to associate engagement and/or fulfilling business needs.
You have experience directing service vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing their related budgets including invoices and quality control.
You have some college or a degree to have career runway beyond this position in the future to move up and around within Capital Group.
