As a Senior Solutions Engineer for our IT Marketing Solutions team, you will contribute to delivering solutions that orchestrate the right message to the right person and the right time across a wide variety of customer facing channels including email, events, webinars, personalized web pages, podcasts, paid media, social media and more.

You will not only create the technology strategy, roadmap, landscape of the relevant capabilities, but also be called on to partner directly with business leaders to establish new journey patterns that extend and stretch the limits of the current technology stack.

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field

• You have at least 7 years of software engineering and business systems analysis experience across data, automation, architecture, performance, and development

• You are experienced with CMS solutions such as Adobe AEM and have partnered with business authors as they implement new web experiences and other IT technology teams to extend AEM foundation in an Agile work environment

• You have experience with marketing automation solutions and content management solutions used to provide personalized digital experiences

• You have experience in software delivery with Agile methods and System Life Cycle Management tools – Confluence, JIRA, etc.

• You’ve successfully delivered solutions and designs with considerations across usability, scalability, extensibility, reliability, portability, and maintainability

• You work across business and various IT disciplines, collectively focused on delivering business outcomes and end-to-end customer experiences

• You partner closely with vendors to maximize value from existing solutions and influence on vendor roadmaps
