As a Senior Solutions Engineer on the Growth Platforms Technologies team, you will work with application teams, architecture, project managers, business stakeholders and testing partners to define solutions, solve issues and drive initiatives forward. Through your analytical skills and product development mindset, you will lead a team and collaborate with business on achieving product vision.

We're looking for individuals with a nimble mindset, who'll play the role of end-to-end solution owner starting with collaborating with our technology partners, leading the design, solution delivery, using best of breed technologies.

• You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical degree, or equivalent work experience
• You have at least 3 years of experience in managing business systems analysis functions including preparation of product roadmap, integration plans, specification of validations & test cases for converting business requirements into technical epics and stories
• You have demonstrated success creating end to end solution definitions, point of views, system flows and performing impact analyses to determine scope and impacts of an initiative
• You have strong data skills to be able to analyze, interpret and drive insights for proposing actionable outcomes
• You can coordinate with global teams to develop end to end solutions
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and can step into situations without a lot of information, get up to speed quickly and lead driving disparate groups to a resolution
• You understand the financial industry from both the business and technology side. This includes business teams, a basic order/trade lifecycle, high level systems and how they integrate
• You're recognized for building relationships and exceling in client delivery expectations

Southern California Base Salary Range: $88,022-$140,835

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
