As a Senior Visual Marketing Designer, you will design omni-channel marketing creative that elevates our brand and emotionally connects with our customers.

• You will work with a team of designers to develop marketing materials that are emotionally resonate, visually impactful, and designed across the end-to-end customer journey
• You will create omni-channel visual design deliverables and artifacts. Deliverables will include display ads, email graphics, social assets, printed literature, brochures, print ads, campaign landing pages, and presentations
• You can drive design strategy and influence decision making across the product teams you work with
• You can bring senior-level leadership and a consultative approach when collaborating with others
• You can ensure that the design touchpoints are aligned to brand guidelines and design standards
• You will partner with cross-functional members from web authoring and IT to understand the technical capabilities and best practices for creating digital touchpoints and campaign landing pages
• You can develop, present, and communicate design concepts, strategy and recommendations, using design language and rationale backed by best practices, research, and data
• You stay informed of design trends, frameworks, and methods - and enjoy bringing them back to the team to share and explore new ways of working
• You will participate in design team events, critiques and meetings
• You will help to evolve and modernize our design systems, brand guidelines, and team standards through continual feedback and team participation

New York Base Salary Range: $103,728-$165,965

Orange County Base Salary Range: $90,539-$144,862

Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $97,831-$156,530

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
