As one of our Work Management Real Time Administrators, you will play a critical role in administering department workforce activities utilizing reports and productivity measurements and keeping business goals top of mind. You will maintain and update schedules using multiple Work Management systems. You will communicate changes to clients within American Funds Service Group (AFSG) and serve as a resource to the department and internal business groups on matters related to intra-day staffing plans.

• You have experience monitoring call volume, number of calls on hold, average speed of answer, etc and can make necessary changes to meet department goals.
• You're a quick thinker who uses knowledge to effectively communicate with teams and managers about schedules and any changes. You have plenty of examples of times when you've gathered information from a variety of sources and made quick decisions to solve problems.
• You have experience updating data in work management systems, tools and processes with the ability to apply it to work assignments.
• You have strong technical skills and have experience working in systems like NICE IEX, running reports to provide data to client groups.
