Position 80s What Youll Be Doing The Training & Installation Specialist supports the incremental revenue growth of $2.1M by ensuring new Audatex Estimating, AutoFocus & One Maaco clients are installed, configured and attend effective personalized product training in a timely manner. The mission 80s for this role, are: Deliver high-quality installations and configuration of Audatex Estimating, AutoFocus, and One Maaco . Deliver high-quality instruction via virtual means to new and existing clients via one on one interaction. Understand client specific needs to effectively configure the solution and communicate product knowledge. Remain highly knowledgeable of Audatex products and service offerings. Collect and analyze client feedback to improve upon training materials, installations, and configuration delivery Assessing new client usage and their onboarding process. Develop and maintain a library of product knowledge materials. Work with Installation and Technical Support Manager and staff to resolve client issues and establish procedures to eliminate recurring issues. Provide technical and installation support to internal and external clients, including but not limited to field engineers, technicians, clients, sales, trainers and installation specialists. Document all customer interactions consistently, thoroughly, and free of grammatical errors. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Are You Qualified? Required Skills and Abilities Ability to conduct one-on-one trainings virtually Knowledge of specific AudaExplore client product workflows and procedures. Knowledge of Windows OS (2000, XP, Win 7, Win 8, Win 10) Ability to install and troubleshoot software. Ability to setup and troubleshoot networked hardware Superior written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of web-ex or other on-line meeting tools preferred Flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs with short turnaround Education and Experience High School Degree or equivalent required. College or technical degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred. 3 + years customer service experience preferred. 3 + years installation support experience preferred. 3 + years training experience preferred.
