Would like to provide end-user technical support
Are talented at troubleshooting and root cause analysis involving hardware, systems software, and applications software with attention to detail
Are a “Ausgebildeter Fachinformatiker” (preferred) or have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
Enjoy keeping up to date with new technologies.
And have:
At least one (1) year technology support experience with PC hardware/software, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
Organizational skills needed to manage time well and prioritize effectively
Ability to work in a team environment with a strong customer focus
Fluent German and very good English skills.
